Sports Themed Pizzeria with Bar Serving Beer & Wine

WHAT COULD POSSIBLY BE BETTER THAN PIZZA and BEER?

The answer to that question is easy for me... NOTHING... except maybe Wine! This pizzeria is a full-service restaurant serving Pizza, Pasta, Wings, Subs, Salads and more. I've personally eaten here many times and it is one of my favorites in Tampa Bay. 

The atmosphere is lively, with tv's playing sports throughout the day.  The menu is simple but not underwhelming either.  It has all of the items I want when I think of an old-school neighborhood pizzeria.

The Kitchen is well laid-out, and the equipment is all in good working order.  It would be no problem increasing production with the current configuration.

The bar currently serves beer & wine only.  However, the square footage and seating could likely qualify for a full-liquor license (SFS) if desired by a Buyer.  Adding full-liquor could increase sales by 10% or more, in my professional opinion.

The dining room is furnished nicely for this type of pizzeria.  Plenty of seating for bigger parties, and cozier "nooks" for one-on-one dining.  Whatever you're looking for, this place has it all.

If you can't find a parking spot here, you're likely at the wrong address!  This pizzeria is located in a very vibrant shopping center and is surrounded by residents and businesses alike.  Lunch times can be extremely busy on any given day.  And dinner times are always busy throughout the week.
