From a restaurant owner/operator perspective, this is a complete package.  The kitchen is large but very well designed and can handle any level of production that gets thrown at it.  There is plenty of cold storage as well as dry storage, and prep areas are well placed throughout.  The service areas don’t conflict with customer areas, and food deliveries don’t get in the way of customer access or viewpoints.  You can’t say that very often.  Overall, the facilities are in excellent shape with many improvements having been made over the past few years -- and it shows.

If you’ve been laboring all your life in restaurants in the upper USA, this is a dream come true.  You can live on the lake and take your boat to work.  If you’re an investor looking for a good return on your money, look no further.  The current owners only come by to say hello, make sure the ship is continuing to sail on the intended course, and then sit down with some friends to enjoy the labor of their love.  Does that sound like you?
